I was in NYC on September 11th, 2001. I have had severe anxiety issues ever since. Did you look up in the sky and see bodies falling? Or smell the sweet rotten smell of melting hopes and dreams. See the red orange glow from the heat of the demolished buildings that lasted for weeks? No. No, you watched it from the safety of your own comfy house, on the tv, with the images of the towers falling over and over and over and over and over and over, GOD will it never end. Did that experience change anything for us as a nation working together, helping one another? No. It has led to more fear, animosity, ignorance and separatism. Yah. Try living a real nightmare. Try walking past the make shift billboards of the missing, most likely dead. Try feeling the sadness of those around you. Stay in the bubble, baby, its so much safer there.
Until something pops it.
The end.
Until something pops it.
